We hanteren een retourbeleid van 30 dagen. Dit betekent dat je na ontvangst van je artikel 30 dagen de tijd hebt om een retour aan te vragen.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retour, moet je artikel in dezelfde staat zijn als je het hebt ontvangen, niet gedragen of ongebruikt, met labels, en in de originele verpakking. Je hebt ook de bon of het aankoopbewijs nodig.

Om een retour te starten, kun je contact met ons opnemen via info@peakperform.nl of via je klantaccount. 
Als je retour is geaccepteerd, sturen we je een retour verzendlabel, met instructies over hoe en waar je het pakket moet sturen. Artikelen die naar ons worden teruggestuurd zonder dat er een retour is aangevraagd, worden niet geaccepteerd. 

Schade en problemen
Inspecteer je bestelling bij ontvangst en neem onmiddellijk contact met ons op als het artikel defect of beschadigd is of als je het verkeerde artikel hebt ontvangen. Dan kunnen wij het probleem evalueren en het voor je oplossen.

Uitzonderingen/artikelen die niet mogen worden geretourneerd
Bepaalde soorten artikelen mogen niet worden geretourneerd, zoals bederfelijke goederen (zoals voedingsmiddelen, bloemen of planten), aangepaste producten (zoals speciale bestellingen of gepersonaliseerde artikelen) en artikelen voor persoonlijke verzorging (beautyproducten, bijvoorbeeld). We accepteren ook geen retouren van gevaarlijke materialen, ontvlambare vloeistoffen of gassen. Neem contact op als je vragen of zorgen hebt over jouw specifieke artikel.

Artikelen in de uitverkoop of cadeaubonnen kunnen helaas niet worden geretourneerd.

Omruilen
De snelste manier om het gewenste artikel te krijgen is het artikel dat je hebt te retourneren en het nieuwe artikel apart te kopen als de retour eenmaal is geaccepteerd.

Wettelijke bedenktermijn van 14 dagen in de EU
Onverminderd het bovenstaande heb je, als de goederen naar de Europese Unie worden verzonden, het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen te annuleren of te retourneren, om welke reden dan ook en zonder opgave van redenen. Net als hierboven moet je artikel zich in dezelfde staat bevinden als waarin je het hebt ontvangen, niet gedragen of ongebruikt, met labels en in de originele verpakking. Je hebt ook een bon of het aankoopbewijs nodig.

Terugbetaling
Wanneer we je retour hebben ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, krijg je hier melding van en laten we je ook weten of de retour is goedgekeurd. Bij goedkeuring word je automatisch binnen tien werkdagen terugbetaald via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Vergeet niet dat het enige tijd kan duren voordat de bank of creditcardmaatschappij de terugbetaling heeft verwerkt en gestort.
Neem contact met ons op via info@peakperform.nl als het meer dan 15 werkdagen geleden is dat we je retour hebben goedgekeurd.

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@peakperform.nl. 
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted. 

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/items that may not be returned 
Certain types of items may not be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customised products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, items on sale or gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Exchanges 
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and buy the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

Legal cooling-off period of 14 days in the EU 
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, not worn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund 
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 10 working days via the original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
